HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

On our product pages click "add to cart" to add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay navigate to the cart page to enter your shipping and payment info. When payment is received you will receive an order notification to confirm your order and delivery times. 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Although we cannot guarantee a change in delivery address we may be able to do so if you contact us immediately after placing your order. Please click here or email us at customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk with your full name and order number to request a change. 

We Love Prints are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided. 

HOW WILL COVID AFFECT MY DELIVERY?

We are still open for deliveries but shipping may be delayed due to reduced staffing during the tier 4 lockdown

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Our prints are made to order with the following lead times:

Unframed prints: Please allow up to 4 working days before dispatch.
Framed prints: Please allow up to 6 working days before dispatch.
Canvas prints: Please allow up to 10 working days before dispatch.

 Once completed they are delivered within the following delivery windows:

Unframed prints are sent using a tracked courier service, 1-3 working days. 
Framed prints are sent using a tracked courier service, 1-2 working days.
Canvas prints are sent using a tracked courier service, 1-2 working days.


HOW ARE MY PRINTS SHIPPED?

A5 + A4 prints are sent flat in study cardboard envelopes. 

A3 prints and larger are sent rolled in sturdy postal tubes.

Framed prints are send in sustainable protective packaging within a cardboard box.

DOES MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers become available the day your order is shipped. Please email us at customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk to request your tracking number.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY DISCOUNT/OFFER?

• If you have an offer code (i.e 20OFF) please enter this on the checkout page to activate your discount.
• If there is a deal running on our website (I.e Buy 2, Get 1 Free) this is automatically applied at checkout. Please add items to your cart and when you checkout the discount will be automatically applied to your order. 

CAN I REQUEST A DESIGN?

If there is a design you would love to see on our website then email us at info@weloveprints.co.uk with the subject "Print Design Request" and send us a description of your design request. We keep track of all print requests and the most popular ones might even make it onto our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ODER?

When an order is placed through our website a notification is sent to our partner print studio for immediate production - cancellations can be made, although they are not guaranteed, we request that you please click here or email us at customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk to request a cancellation ASAP. Please read our refund policy for more information. 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER REFUNDED?

Refunds are available, hopefully you are fully satisfied with your order but if something was to go wrong please click here or email us at customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk to request a refund.

HELP THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER!

Received a damaged package? Missing prints? Don’t worry; we’ll get this sorted ASAP! Please click here or email us at customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk with your order number, shipping address and photo so we can fix any issues.

DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCUR EXTRA CHARGES?

If you are receiving a shipment outside of the UK there may be duties on top that may be billed to you after the shipment has been delivered. Please check your local customs site for further details. We Love Prints are not liable for any of these charges.

MY PACKAGE HAS VISIBLE DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL?

Please check your parcel during delivery and if it has been damaged in transit, please sign for visible damage.

HOW DO I PURCHASE YOUR FRAMES?

At the moment frames cannot be bought separately, they must be added to a print from the product page. On each print product page you have the option of adding a frame to your print. 

To add a frame to your print follow these steps: 
• Select a size of print from the dropdown menu on the product page, Tap "+Add A Frame"
• Scroll through the different frames, Tap 'Select+' to assign a frame to your chosen print 
• If more than one print is selected, repeat 
• Tap "Add To Cart" and head to checkout 

HOW WILL BREXIT AFFECT MY ORDER?

Please be aware shipping time may be slightly longer due to shipping restrictions at this time. There are cases of potential complications but we are following all correct protocol. All documents are leaving with EORI numbers, and correct harmonisation codes to minimise this.
