At We Love Prints, all of our prints and frames are made to order, which allows us to offer a unique and tailored experience to every customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we no longer offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please read our updated policy below for details on returns and exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We will only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives in such a condition, please follow the steps below.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Email our customer care team at customercare@weloveprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include in Your Email:
• Photos of the damaged or defective product(s)
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number and contact information
Returns & Exchanges T&Cs:
• Made-to-Order Items: As all prints and frames are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons aside from damage or defects.
• Non-Refundable Items: Personalised/custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Once we receive your email with the necessary details, we will process your return or exchange if applicable. You may be required to send the item back to us, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
• Inspection & Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
